This is my first time at the Oxford Road Federal. The staff were welcoming, informative and friendly. Courtney served me and she was great. They explained the menu and didn’t rush the service. This makes a nice change, customer service is always a priority. The food was luscious. I had the French toast which was impressive and flavourful. The coffee had a great tone of flavours. I recommend this place to anyone that loves a breakfast/brunch.
Super awesome cafe with a fun vibe. Had the smashed avocado on toast and it was super yummy. Poached eggs were cooked perfectly and loved the added touch of pickled onions. Staff were amazing. Shout out to Finley who was lovely and made my awesome coffee this morning.
My friend and I had a really delicious lunch/brunch here! I ordered the eggs benedict with bacon, which was delicious, and the steak sandwich also looked really good. We actually got a free burrito, the last special left of the day (!!), and the staff were so lovely and gave it to us on the house! Overall, a great experience and I’m sure we’ll be back soon.
Very popular brunch spot, there is always a long queue, but worth the wait! Both sweet and savory dishes are very nice with multiple choices. And the staff were super friendly, they offered us hot chocolate while we waited for a table.
one of the best cafe that i tried at Manchester.. food is deliciously fresh and portion is good too.. their hot choco is also !!.. will definitely go back once i visited Manchester again..
We had a gig the night before and were in dire need of a good breakfast - boy did this place deliver! The service was lovely and we felt very well taken care of. Drinks came quickly and food not long after that. The breakfast burrito was spectacular! Tender pork shoulder, tangy onions and juicy roasted peppers and bulked out with perfect scrambled egg. Washed it down with a pot of earl grey. I'll be looking forward to breakfast here again on my next trip to Manchester!
A fantastic little cafe service up high quality food and drinks. Our breakfast meals were very delicious and expertly prepared. The service was outstanding. They were so friendly and accommodating to everyone that came through their doors and always made sure to thank each person that left through those same doors. Federal is an absolute gem and was another reminder of why I love travelling to the UK.
Had a really lovely brunch at Federal on Oxford Road this morning. Christine was so delightful, she made us comfortable and accommodated us really well, quickly getting us a table inside despite super busy service and she was attentive and funny! All the staff were equally friendly. And the food was incredible as was the coffee. Plus a big bonus was getting a special cold brew with orange cream on the house which was DELIGHTFUL! Would 100% recommend.
